Welcome to Acres of Hope

Acres of Hope is a spiritually based renewal center serving homeless women with children by providing them with a home and an environment of structured programming. Located in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, Acres of Hope’s unique approach allows residents to live onsite for up to two years while staff and volunteers invest heavily in their lives by providing encouragement, practical life-skills training, job skills, mentoring and spiritual direction.

Prudential Gives Back…to Acres of Hope

March 6th was the designated statewide “Give Back to the Community” day for Prudential Realty.  A total of 36 offices selected a charitable organization to give to, and the Roseville office selected Acres of Hope!  We were blessed with toys, clothing, furniture, and most importantly, a continuing relationship with a wonderful company.  Fox 40 News did a live video cast on the event, and you can check it out here  Prudential Gives Back.

Acres of Hope Newsletter

Happy New Year!  As we’ve turned the corner into 2010,  we are excited to see the direction Acres of Hope is taking.  We are already seeing an outpouring of blessing in financial and community support.

Our families are growing in stability and strength, and are eager to learn all they can before successfully leaving the program.  The staff daily witnesses a number of small and large miracles in the lives of our women and children, and we are ever thankful for the role you play in their lives.

ReNew Boutique

ReNew Boutique, a volunteer driven ministry, is celebrating one year of business!  We are proud to say that 100% of all proceeds provide support to the families of Acres of Hope.  The week of January 18th thru 23rd you’ll have opportunity to meet the moms from Acres, do a little shopping, and have a slice of birthday cake!  We’re raffling off a spectacular prize every day (think: Vintage pink phone, Coach or Vera Bradley handbag, plus much, much more!)  See the flyer on our website for complete details and directions, or give us a call at 916.782.1877.
